How your book gets to you.

Production time

Every Minderva book is printed on demand. Production takes 3–5 business days from when you place the order, including file prep, printing, binding, and quality check.

Shipping time

We ship within the United States. Standard delivery runs 5–9 business days after your book leaves the print facility. If you need it sooner, expedited and express options are available at checkout.

International shipping is on our list — we’re not there yet. If you’re ordering from outside the US, hang tight.

Tracking

You’ll get a shipping email with carrier name and tracking number the moment the printer hands the parcel off. The same tracking link is always visible on your order page.

Address changes

We can change the shipping address before the printer takes the file to press — usually within the first 24 hours after you order. Reach out via the contact form with your order reference and the new address.

Lost or damaged

If your tracking stalls or the book arrives damaged, tap Where’s my book? on the order page or write us within 14 days of delivery. We reprint at no cost for printer-side defects.
